The job
As global leaders in lens technology and scientific optics, Zeiss contacted my agency to become one of their creative partners. With a huge global portfolio of products and innovations, they needed support creating messaging that communicated their company values and the innovation they bring to the world of vision.
I led the freelance copywriting throughout the entire partnership while managing all creative and design to ensure quality from beginning to end.
The process
The first project involved creating a brochure that communicated the benefits of their cutting-edge SmartLife portfolio. Working with a designer, I developed the brochure from the ground up, including graphic design and copywriting to introduce vision professionals and consumers to the product portfolio.
I also created Covid-19 safety messaging for their global stores during the pandemic. This included writing and designing in-store posters, plus a brochure for staff on maintaining safety protocols. To support the campaign, I also wrote a large number of social posts to support these initiatives and future campaigns.
The outcome
My brochures and Covid-19 safety messaging were circulated across global markets, and our small agency gained the trust of a global technology leader. I continued regular collaboration with them on graphic design, copywriting and social media content across various ad-hoc projects.
