OfficeSuite - Branding, website, ToV, social, sales, product
The job
OfficeSuite is a suite of productivity apps relied upon by over 500 million global users, and boasts tens of thousands of new users every day. They wanted to improve their communications, launch a new website, set up a social media strategy, update product copy across the board, and build more detailed brand documents, and ToV. And, that’s where I came in.
The process
My responsibilities spanned the entire spectrum of written communication, shaping the brand's tone of voice and crafting compelling content across diverse channels.
I played a key role in developing a clear and consistent brand voice for OfficeSuite, from in-app instructions to sales and marketing materials. This involved ensuring the voice resonated with our target audience, conveying the product's power and user-friendliness while maintaining a human touch.
As well as all website copy, help centre topics, various store copy, in-app text, social media posts, emails, and the building of OfficeSuite’s article hub, I was also in charge of PR efforts, and worked closely with an external agency to get OfficeSuite high-value earned media in tier-1 publications.
Beyond the written word, I actively contributed to broader marketing and branding initiatives, collaborting with the team to develop targeted sales materials, effectively communicating the product's value proposition to a wide range of potential customers, and existing users.
The outcome
My work at OfficeSuite had a direct impact on many areas of the business and their various business and marketing goals. From the launch of an all-new website and implementation of various content strategies through to tone of voice, branding and offsite thought leadership, the quality and consistency of OfficeSuites written communication significantly improved.
