FitBit - Posters, brochures, leaflets
The job
One of the largest wearable sports tech companies, Fitbit is well known for their energetic marketing and sporty products.
They needed diverse poster copy and additional outdoor support materials to be crafted for their "Spirit of Summer" campaign, hosted on Regent Street. The goal was to enhance awareness of Fitbit and motivate pedestrians to interact with both the brand and the on-site team.
The process
By working closely with Fitbit and the organizers of the outdoor event itself, I crafted punchy copy that would be eye-catching for passersby.
To achieve this, I interviewed various members of the Fitbit team to get an idea of their messaging, as well as a few 'civilians' to find out what would get them to stop, read and join in. I was even given a Fitbit device to understand how they work and really get into the spirit of the brand.
The outcome
Giant poster copy, signs and even poolside facts were printed on large format and featured prominently during the event on Regent Street, seen by thousands of passersby over the days of the Spirit of Summer event.
This was an energetic and fun client to work with - and also my first major outdoor project. It was very exciting to see my copy displayed prominently in the heart of the city for such a well-known brand.
