The job

The UK’s biggest and smartest mobile network, connecting millions of customers to the things they love. This was a contract to help guard tone of voice and create new content for a number of digital channels.

They needed assistance with the creation of EE’s B2B portal with associated case studies, content for the articles section, GDPR comms, UX copy for mobile app, and broader content strategy.


The process

In the dynamic landscape of EE, I navigated diverse teams, crafting copy tailored to each group's unique goals. I spearheaded the blog's revival, driving a customer-centric strategy and collaborating seamlessly across departments.

As lead writer for the high-profile B2B portal, I penned compelling copy and case studies, showcasing EE's technical prowess and business value. Partnering with the UX team, I tackled numerous tasks to revamp the mobile app and various use cases, prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience.

I also wrote up engaging emails and newsletters, fostering clear communication both internally and externally.


The outcome

My freelance copywriting work on the blog and articles section brought in thousands of visitors every week, and the B2B portal's development was accelerated through my contribution and launched across the UK for high-value clients. Despite the contract ending, my content strategy and plan was kept to completion over the following year.
