A hub for knowledge and events, the British Library attracts crowds with diverse exhibitions and the BIPC (Business & IP Centre). Yet, maximizing engagement with its online presence required optimizing existing content for search engines and creating fresh, engaging material. Enter me, ready to tackle the challenge.


The process

In anticipation of new events and exhibitions, I optimized content to ensure its relevance and appeal to the target audience. Partnering with the BIPC center, I developed a library of regularly updated articles on pertinent topics.

Through keyword research, I optimised page performance while ensuring content aligned with the overall brand voice. Additionally, I collaborated with BIPC's team to produce, publish, and promote the new content, ultimately driving engagement.
